Create a new email account by navigating Records -> Integration-Resources -> Email Account

Create a new email account by navigating Records -> Integration-Resources -> Email Account

Create a new email channel by navigating Application -> Channels and Interfaces

Once you create a new email channel with email account, an Email listener automatically get created.
